Well, the day started out with a soccer game at 10:15 in the freezing cold! But, Emma had fun. Then, we moved on to Family Fun Day at school with carnival games, crafts and inflatables. Finally, we came home and Grandma made waffles for us for dinner. Allie loves to help Grandma cook! I tried to snap a picture of her reading the recipe for Grandma (upside down, mind you), but I just wasn't fast enough. So, here is Allie helping Grandma add the flour to the batter. We all enjoyed the visit from Grandma and Grandpa and appreciated their help today as Kevin continues to recover from a brutally painful surgery.
Sounds like lots of fun!
